Your details, kept simple

Fresh Orbit is a small fish and meat shop in Kakinada. This note explains what we keep when you order and why.

What we collect

• Your name and phone number
• Your delivery address and area
• What you ordered, and the note you add if you write one
• Your map location, only if you share it or drop a pin on the map at checkout (taken once, never tracked)

Why

Only to deliver your order and to contact you about it, for example to confirm the order or find your house.

Where it is kept

Your order is stored securely in Google Firebase. Only the shop’s staff can see it. We never sell your details or share them with anyone, except the delivery person who brings your order.

Payments

UPI payments go directly through your UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and others). We never see your card or bank details.

How long we keep it

We keep orders for up to 12 months for our accounts, then delete them.
